We are looking for a Plant supervisor. He will be responsible for running the day to day production operations and managing the shifts. He must have experience with the chemical lab equipment and instruments. He should also be experienced in MS word/excel..

 The key responsibility area are :

 Executing the plant operations as per the guidelines.

• Supervising the plant operations
• Achieving the desired production output
• Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
• Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and input into the database.
• Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
• Observing all company, local and state safety and quality regulations.
• Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.
• Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
• Working with other team members to complete the production process.
• Assisting with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
• Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.
• Conceptualizing and recommending plant improvement strategies.
• Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
