Job Description:
Job Profile : We are looking for experienced candidates to join our team members in the Dispatch Dept. As our Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for Infilling, Packing of FG material, Vehicle loading & Unloading work at our facilities. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: ● Planning of vehicle for dispatch ● Vehicle loading / unloading plan - prioritizing ● Export container loading / unloading plan & execution ● Preparation of DNC/Invoice/Packing list in ERP system ● Manpower entries in ERP system ● Material issue request in ERP system ● On time delivery of vehicle as per packing list ● Adherence of checklist updation as per material packing list ● Quality requirements & Quality control (packaging part) ● Follow up for material readiness & packing list ● FG material follow up from powder coating & forward planning ● Manpower planning & work allocation based on customer priority / plan Monitoring plan vs actual as per the set target ● Preparation of packing list & Tag preparation ● Timely report and escalation if required ● Adhering weekly dispatch plan ● Comply EHS practices & safe working environment
