Senior Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for talented professionals from Architectural and Interior Design backgrounds to join our dynamic Projects team.

candidate should have a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the passion to transform spaces into experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and should have experience in drafting detailed “Good For Construction architectural drawings and interior layouts for residential, commercial projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and project quality.
• Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and provide design-related inputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, contracts, marketing, sales and execution teams.
• Consultation and coordination with customers for interior and architectural customization

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
• Strong detailing ability, and understanding of space planning.
• Strong MEP coordination knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills to express design ideas effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet project timelines.

Education

• Architectural Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Sketch up Proficiency: 3d visualisation
