Executive Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for talented professionals from Architectural and Interior Design backgrounds to join our dynamic Projects team.

candidate should have a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the passion to transform spaces into experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in detailing architectural and interior layouts for residential, commercial projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects, other team members to ensure design intent and project quality.
• Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
• Conduct site visits to provide design-related inputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, contracts, marketing, sales and execution teams.
• Consultation and coordination with customers for interior and architectural customization

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
• Strong aesthetic judgment, detailing ability, and understanding of space planning.
• Accompanied the MEP inputs in the architectural drawings.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with others as required.
• Ability to complete assignments and meet timelines.

Education

• Architectural Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Sketch up Proficiency: 3d visualisation
