Job Description:

Position:          Factory Manager

Location:         Daman

Experience:     15 - 18 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure timely and efficient production of formulations.
• Plan and execute daily, monthly, and annual production schedules as per market and supply chain needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and global regulatory standards during all manufacturing activities.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring skill development, performance management, and discipline.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, SCM, and R&D for seamless plant operations and technology transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and ensure timely closure of deviations and CAPAs.
• Maintain adherence to EHS guidelines, conduct safety trainings, and ensure a zero-incident workplace.
• Optimize resource utilization, reduce rejections, and control manufacturing and operational costs.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Contribute to plant upgrades, capacity enhancement, and equipment modernization projects.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and compliance.
• Strategic leadership and ability to manage large-scale operations.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in handling USFDA, MHRA, and WHO audits successfully.
• Experience in cost control, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities

Required Qualification:-  B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
