Position: Critical Care Intensivist
Qualification: MD (Anaesthesia / Internal Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine) + IDCCM
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Location: Dahod, Gujarat
Role Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Critical Care Intensivist to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in managing critically ill patients and should be capable of handling emergencies independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to ICU patients.

• Perform critical care procedures including intubation, central lines, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring.

• Lead and coordinate with ICU nursing staff and duty doctors.

• Attend emergency and trauma cases as required.

• Develop and implement patient management plans.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical discussions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and critical care guidelines.

• Excellent decision-making and emergency response skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Eligibility:

• MD + IDCCM (Mandatory)

• 2–3 years of experience in Critical Care/ICU
