Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Quality function including incoming, in-process, and final quality
• Drive Supplier Quality Management: supplier audits, evaluation, approval, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO
• Monitor quality KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate customer quality requirements, complaint analysis, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to quality.
• Guide the team on quality tools (7 QC tools, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits.
• Foster a culture of quality, training team members, and enhancing departmental                                                                            

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical components and Instrumentation products.
• Deep understanding of Supplier Quality processes and audit systems.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 / IATF16949 standards (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in quality tools, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
