SAP REFX SUPPORT CONSULTANT
Job Description:
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).

Handle incident management, service requests, and change requests (CRs).

Manage real estate master data, contract creation, renewal, termination, and amendments.

Support lease-in and lease-out contract processes.
-
Perform functional troubleshooting and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
-
Assist with periodic postings, accruals, deferrals, and RE-FX period-end closing activities.

Support IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting requirements.

Coordinate with FI/CO teams to ensure smooth integration and posting logic.

Support UAT, prepare test scenarios, and validate solutions.

Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and functional specifications.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements (exits/BADIs/WRICEF objects – functional input).
