- Expertise: Handling critical shipments & managing complex situations
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive business and close deals
- Travel: Open to domestic & international travel for client visits
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali; strong email etiquette
- Leadership: Ability to manage a team and inspire performance
- Track Record: Minimum business volume of ₹50 lakhs/month
- Smart Handling: Skilled in managing clients & vendors strategically
- Mindset: Passionate, risk-taker, and committed to long-term growth
