Job Title: Back Office Sales Coordinator
Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
Working Days & Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inquiries in Excel on a daily basis
• Handle Indiamart leads, respond to buyers, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with customers for quotations and orders
• Search for and generate new customer data through Google and business directories
• Prepare quotations using Word and Excel as required
• Maintain sales reports, follow-up reports, and other documentation
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure order status accuracy
• Assist in back-office administrative support and customer communication

Requirements

• Only female candidates may apply
• Education: BBA, MBA or any relevant graduate qualification
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational ability
• For freshers: Good communication and computer skills required
• For experienced: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with strong negotiation and customer handling skills
