Job Description:

Requirement :

Position               : HR & Admin Executive

Job Location       : Vadodara (Sama)

Experience          : 1-3 Yrs Experience Preferebly from Retail industry

Qualification      : MBA HR

Salary Budget    : As Per The Company Standards

Working Days     : 6 Days

Working Time     : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.

Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, andcoordinating interviews.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.

 

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for showroom staff by creatingSOPs and related Data.

Support continuous learning and development initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.

 

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

Provide support to managers in performance management and employee development.

Track and document employee performance issues and support corrective actions.

 

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards.

 

Administrative Duties:

Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare HR reports and present them to management.

Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.

 

Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace conditions.

 

Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
