Job purpose
To handle all the activities, man power and process parameters in a shift.
Duties and responsibilities

DCS Operations and Shift Planning |
|
Man Power Deployment. |
|
Zero breakdown |
|
Monitoring and Recording of Parameters. |
|
Trouble shooting in case of Breakdown. |
|
Discipline and supervision of work. |
|
Production – Quality and Quantity Confirmation. |
|
Coordination and Communication with Department members. |
|
Coordination and Communication with other departments. |
|
Minimization of machine down time / breakdown by resource allocation. |
|
Supervise , Evaluate and Coach Subordinates. |
|
Observing Core Competency and Healthy Employee relations. |
|
MIS |
|
Man Power deployment , Coordination with other department |
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Education Bachelors Degree in Chemical
- Tech Safety , FSSC , ISO
- Professional Certification FSSC , ISO
- Experience 4- 8 years
