Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after complete sales and business development work for the entire East and Northeast region.
  • Visit project sites to understand the requirement and provide the most economical and environmentally friendly solutions for the same.
  • Meeting with consultants, contractors, and project management authorities (like government departments like PWD, NHAI, Railways and private players also.)
  • Providing techno-commercial offers to the clients, negotiating with the decision makers, finalizing the scope, and closing the deal.
  • Coordinating with the technical team to provide the best possible solutions to the client.
  • Lead generation for upcoming projects from the DPR stage with the consultants and government authorities.
  • Monitoring & collecting information updates of upcoming projects, scopes & competitors also.
  • Payment follow-up and collections
  • Providing PI
  • Client Billing (RA Bills)
  • Contractor's/Vendor's Billing
  • Subcontractors Billing
  • Bill of quantity
  • Daily Progress report (DPR) of all sites
  • Client coordination
  • Quality Assurance
  • Material management
  • Bill of materials
  • Weekly expenses of all sites
  • Management of all sites with proper coordination with site staffs.
  • Planning of new site setup.
  • Material supply.
  • Material billing

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development or technical sales in the construction/infrastructure industry
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical solutions and project life cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
