Job Description:

Position:        QC Officer (Reviewer)

Location:        Vapi

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:        

• ensure compliance f Current GLP & GDP in QC Lab,
• prepare and review QC SP's, specification & MA, general documents and validating/ qualification portals, and report.
• analysis f raw material / packing material / in-process / intermediates / finish product / stability samples etc.
• prepare master calibrating schedule and maintenance schedule f QC instrument and t ensure timely completion.
• calibrate/verify analytical instruments/balances.
• check the instrument usage lgbks, calibrating records, Instruments maintenance records.
• perform Chemical assays and standardizations f reagents.
• prepare SPs, reviews fr biannual review. Prepare Training utlines.
• maintain and control inventory f Reagents. Chemicals/glass wares.
• Prepares analytical portals & reports.
• investigate labratry errs
• validate instruments, equipment’s, processes, analytical methods.
• prepare and evaluate stability data.
• ensure the timely qualification and maintenance f reference/ working standards/ primary standards as per respective SP.
• initiate the change control / deviating related t Quality cntrl department and t investigate the S/ results f raw material/ packing material/ in-process/ intermediates / finish products / stability samples as per the SP in timely manner.
• take backup f electronic data and keep record f periodic analytical data backup.
• conduct the electronic archiving process.

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry        

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
