Hiring for Senior UI/UX Designer for waste management company at Ahmedabad

The job description is as below:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms. This role will primarily focus on UI/UX (80%) with graphic design (20%) or can be structured as 100% UI/UX depending on the candidate’s expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to ensure effective implementation of designs.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and product enhancement discussions.
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to optimize designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar modern design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of interaction design, user flows, and prototyping.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or collaborating with marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
