Sr. Project Controller

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Lead in the overall project planning process.

• Gather inputs from all project disciplines/functions, construction management, and clients to develop a detailed baseline schedule.

• Develop and maintain the project schedule, including resource allocation, resource leveling, and critical path analysis.

• Collect task status updates at defined intervals and update the schedule accordingly.

• Analyze deviations or forecasted variations from the plan, with emphasis on critical path activities, slipped tasks, and upcoming tasks.

• Assist the Project Controlling Lead in resource management, including monitoring current allocation, additional resource requests, and forecasting future requirements.

• Provide timely updates to the Project Controlling Lead regarding project status.

• Identify, analyze, and estimate project issues, risks, and change requests at all stages of the project.

• Ensure adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) practices.
