Job Description:

▪This is 3rd party pay roll job for longer duration.

Project Planning and Design Review:
▪ Participate in the initial planning stages of construction projects by reviewing architectural and engineering drawings.
▪ Analyze site conditions and identify potential challenges, proposing solutions to optimize project plans.
▪ Site Preparation and Layout:
▪ Coordinate site clearing and grading activities, ensuring proper drainage and erosion control measures are in place.
▪ Establish site boundaries and reference points to guide construction activities.
▪ Quality Control and Inspection:
▪ Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
▪ Identify and address quality issues promptly to prevent costly rework and ensure the safety and longevity of structures.
▪ Supervision and Coordination:
▪ Oversee the work of construction crews and subcontractors, providing technical advice and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
▪ Allocate tasks to laborers and monitor their performance to ensure efficient workflow.
▪ Documentation and Reporting:
▪ Prepare site reports and log progress to keep stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that arise.
▪ Maintain records of materials used, labor hours, and other project-related data.
▪ Health and Safety Compliance:
▪ Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
▪ Problem Solving:
▪ Act as a point of contact for resolving issues that arise during construction, coordinating with architects,
contractors, and other stakeholders to find effective solutions.
