Position:          Trainee Engineer

Responsibilities:        

• Assist senior engineers in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical or polymer-based components.
• Conduct material testing, data collection, and performance evaluations under supervision.
• Support prototype development, fabrication, and validation activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement tasks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process notes as required.
• Learn and comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and organizational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, production, and quality departments.
• Use engineering software/tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and practical skills.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English;
• Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- M.Tech - Mechanical/Polymer 

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
