Position:          Sales Coordinator

Location:         Santacruz

Experience:     1 - 3 Years

Industries:       Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Checking and replying to mails of sales id

• Handling customer segment (Consumers and traders) of North / East Zone.
• Sending quotations
• Order Entry
• Quotation follow-up.
• Coordinating with Plant for material follow-up
• Preparing job cards as per order received.
• Preparing requisition for Outsource items.
• Sending Performa invoices.
• Handling customer queries.
• Payment Follow-up
• Credit note adjustment entry.
• Helping seniors in day to day work.
• Sending dispatches to previous day to JV Ents.
• Sending LR details to dealers.
• Preparing and maintaining data as required by team.
• Generating reports as and when required.

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English;
• Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduate

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
