Sr. Executive - Air Import Clearance -Kotambi

Job Description:

• Oversee end to end Import Operations for Air and Sea Shipments, successfully manging over 100 shipments monthly and ensuring timely pickup and deliveries. Fostered strong collaboration with suppliers, Freight Forwarders and CHA’s resulting in dispatch delays.
• Streamline Import documentation process by preparing and verifying over 100 critical documents, including Bill of Lading and Airwaybills, ensuring compliance and supporting timely shipments.
• Custom Clearance Coordination 0 Liaise with CHA and Customs Official for smooth Clearance of air and sea Consignments. TAT lines for Air Shipments Clarance are 3 days and for Sea is 7 days.
• Monitor duty payments, classification under HS Code and ensure adherence to Import Policies.
• Handel delay demurrage, detention and ensure timely delivery to Warehouses or Plant
• Maintain Import records and generate reports for Management on shipment status, cost analysis and Vendor performance.
• Support audits and internal reviews with accurate documentation and data.
• Support automation and digitization of documentation work.
