Team Lead - Generator Assembly

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibility :
1. Responsible to raise RFQ to supplier for mechanical, electrical & electronic components.
2. Responsible for cost comparison & negotiation with suppliers for Generator assembly components .
3. Responsible for PR/PO process for all incoming & required material and ensure right qty & quality to be delivered at plant.
4. Responsible for coordination with supplier for quality, delivery as per time plan of components & maintain inventory level of components at plant.
5. Responsible to draw project plan for supplier manufacturing process to ensure final assy. to be done within the time frame at the plant.
6. Responsible for flawless installation & commissioning of Phosphine Generator at customer site.
7. Responsible for providing right input to the customer for quality related issues with analytical approach.
8. Responsible to ensure for tracking payment and invoice bookings of supplier in SAP as well as in QAD.
9. Ensure to get feedback from team of engineers about quality of components(Electrical & mechanical) after inward at plant on time to go through for supplier payment.
10. Responsible for testing and trial of Phosphine generator at plant before dispatch.
11. Responsible for ensuring documentation for dispatch of generator to customer and alignment with commercial team and logistic team as well as freight forwarder.
