Purpose
Convert seminar-qualified parents through value-led counselling—matching the child to the right DJP level/language batch—without hard sell.

 

 

 

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Counselling, not pitching: Run 1:1 or group consultations; diagnose learner needs, clarify DJP method, rules, and parent pledge.
  • Fit & placement: Verify eligibility, level/language/age fit; propose batch options and timelines.
  • Admissions SOP: Share fee plan, policies, and codes of conduct; complete forms, KYC, and consent.
  • Objection handling: Address concerns (time, discipline, tech) with facts, examples, and outcomes.
  • CRM hygiene: Log every touchpoint; maintain accurate stage, probability, and next action.
  • Feedback loop: Share common parent FAQs to refine seminar scripts and landing pages.

 

 

KRAs

  • Seminar-qualified → counselling show rate.
  • Counselling → admission conversion % (fit-qualified leads).
  • Admission TAT (counselling to fee completion).
  • Early 30-day retention (low drop-off).
