Operation Executive

Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks and ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless operations.

• Maintain and update operational documents, logs, and reports.

• Monitor processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Handle order processing, inventory coordination, or logistics support (as per business).

• Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and daily/weekly updates.

• Support operations manager in strategic and routine operational tasks.

• Maintain records, documentation, and communication flow between departments.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience with ERP / CRM systems (preferred but optional).
