Position:          Shift Supervisor - Production

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

• Monitor conductor manufacturing processes such as wire drawing, stranding, bunching, and annealing to meet quality and output standards.
• Allocate manpower, plan machine loading, and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
• Troubleshoot process or machine-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and quality guidelines throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and communicate shift-wise performance and issues to the Production Manager.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams to achieve daily production targets and reduce downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of wire drawing, stranding, and conductor production processes.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle shift operations independently.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Electrical/Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
