Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products & services
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Maintain and update customer database
Schedule appointments and assist customers with product selection
Follow up with leads to generate sales
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to persuade and handle customers confidently
