 Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Chartered Accountant who possesses strong financial expertise and a professional mindset. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting operations, statutory compliances, taxation work, and audits while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.


 Detailed Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers.

  • Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and financial improvement.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

  • Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).

  • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing (24Q/26Q).

  • Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing for individuals, firms, and companies.

  • Assist in tax planning, assessment proceedings, and responding to notices.

3. Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.

  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS), Ind-AS, and Companies Act requirements.

  • Maintain documentation, working papers, and audit trails.

  • Coordinate with clients for audit queries and compliance reports.

4. Financial Advisory & Client Management

  • Provide expert financial guidance to clients regarding tax benefits, investment planning, and financial structuring.

  • Resolve client queries and provide timely updates on compliance deadlines.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

5. Software & Systems Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Accounting/Taxation software.

  • Ability to prepare MIS reports, Excel dashboards, and financial models.


 Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, audit, taxation, and compliance.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented, ethical, and professional in approach.

  • Preference for candidates who can handle work independently.
