CAD Draftsman (Civil)
Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CAD Draftsman (Civil) with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and exposure to international outsourcing projects (USA, UK & Australia). The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal inputs, visualize architectural/structural concepts, and deliver accurate drawings and models.
Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD based on verbal or written specifications.

Draft and model complex layouts and architectural/structural plans.

Understand and interpret architectural concepts with limited inputs.

Work on red markups, hand sketches, and various input formats shared by clients.

Use AutoCAD features such as Measurement, Scale, X-Ref, 2D Drafting, 3D Modelling, etc.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience working on AutoCAD projects.

Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.

Familiarity with outsourcing projects for USA, UK, and Australia markets.

Understanding of structural components and building parts is beneficial.

Ability to visualize designs and execute them with minimal guidance.
Skills Required

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Basic understanding of building structural elements (added advantage).

Ability to communicate in English.
