Job Description:
1. Assisting the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance activities.
2. Supervising maintenance technicians and contractors.
3. Scheduling and coordinating maintenance work orders and requests.
4. Conducting routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
5. Identifying and addressing potential equipment failures and reliability issues.
6. Implementing preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
7. Managing maintenance budgets and costs.
8. Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
9. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation of maintenance activities.
10. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to improve maintenance efficiency.
11. Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and standards.
12. Providing training and guidance to maintenance technicians and other staff as needed.
