Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – Site/Field to supervise and execute electrical distribution projects across Maharashtra. The role involves site supervision, measurement handling, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 33 kV/11 kV line works, LT AB cable installations, and substation (civil & electrical) activities.

• Ensure execution as per drawings, standards (REC/RDSO/MSEDCL/MSETCL), and safety norms.

• Take measurements, prepare measurement sheets, and submit accurate DPRs with photos.

• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for material and manpower planning.

• Handle ROW issues, permissions, and shutdown coordination with MSEDCL offices.

• Verify material quality and quantity at site.

• Report daily progress and escalate issues to the office team.

• Attend client inspections, testing, and approvals.

• Support testing and commissioning activities.

• Travel and stay at project locations anywhere in Maharashtra.

Skills Required

• Strong practical knowledge of electrical distribution works.

• Ability to lead and manage site teams and contractors.

• Good communication with government officials, contractors, and local teams.

• Basic understanding of quality, safety, and measurement systems.

• Willingness for extensive travel and remote site work.
