Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist with excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions smoothly, resolve queries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support operational processes within the Rewards division.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and other channels professionally.

• Understand, address, and resolve client queries with a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of client interactions.

• Prepare and analyze basic reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Meet assigned performance targets, deadlines, and quality parameters.

• Learn new tools, processes, and systems to improve efficiency.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Excellent spoken and written English communication (mandatory).

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.

• Basic proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Preferred: Additional certifications related to sales, communication, CRM, or customer service (optional)
