Project Execution.

• Conversant with cGMP guidelines having expertise in preparation of efficient layouts with appropriate process flow, man-material movements.
• Experience of working with advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment is in API manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of site project execution and construction materials and equipment’
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel.
• Communication: Good writing and speaking skills are needed when communicating with employees, writing emails, and subcontractors, procuring materials and dealing with clients.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Execution of process equipment’s at site –Reactors, Filter dryers, Pumps, Piping, centrifuge, Boiler, Chiller, Utility equipment for large-scale manufacturing,engineer must be hands on all installations and manufacturing equipment’
• Project Management, Project budgeting and costing, execution of projects etc.
• Managing Relationships with Key Stakeholders
• Execution of piping and equipment is as per P&I Diagram, and experience in Installation, Commissioning.
• Preparation of Technical specs, review of vendor documents / Drawings for Mechanical and API plants.
• Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment’s of the projects.
• Project execution as per required Utility and infrastructure design, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process equipment, Process Control and Automation.
• Project execution - oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring theproject is completed on budget and within scope.
• They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope. They also hire and manage subcontractors and employees, gather permits, and ensure all aspects of the project.
• The main Project execution responsibilities are overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• The executive needs to ensure that all of the work is done on time and within the projected budget.
• A project executive must carefully plan out each stage of the project in order to ensure successful completion.
• They develop detailed project plans and are able to use these as a benchmark to track overall progress.
• They must develop a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of this plan, and effectively communicate the plan with employees and clients.
• While internal communication between workers and the project manager is necessary, external communication to key stakeholders is crucial as well.
