Job Description –

• Design processes and equipment for large-scale manufacturing,engineer must be hands on all new process technologies and manufacturing equipment’s.
• Process development, optimization, process scale up & technology transfer.
• Selection of Equipment’s, Preparation of PFD, P&I Diagram, Batch Size Determination, Installation, Commissioning.
• Process Engineering, Process Design, Material & Energy Balances equipment Design.
• Facility, Utility and infrastructure design, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process and other equipment, Process Control and Automation.
• Execution of process equipment’s at site –Reactors, Filter dryers, Pumps, Piping, centrifuge, Boiler, Chiller, Utility equipment for large-scale manufacturing, engineer must be hands on all installations and manufacturing equipment’s.
• Project Management, Project budgeting and costing, execution of projects etc.
• Managing Relationships with Key Stakeholders
• Execution of piping and equipment is as per P&I Diagram, and experience in Installation, Commissioning.
• Preparation of Technical specs, review of vendor documents / Drawings for Mechanical and API plants.
• Define, evaluate and prepare engineering standard, scope of work, materials and equipment’s of the projects.
• Project execution as per required Utility and infrastructure design, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Specify process equipment, Process Control and Automation.
• Project execution - oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
