Process Associate and Senior Process Associate
Experience of minimum 3 yrs.
Domain – US Mortgage Title and Settlement
Function – Post-Closing QC

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Post-Closing QC specialist. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of the end to end post-closing QC process, exceptional communication skills, and
working knowledge of the Qualia and SoftPro title applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Must have experience in performing quality control checks on signed real estate legal documents to
ensure accuracy and completeness
· Must be well versed with all the critical & non-critical documents to comply with lender guidelines and
regulatory standards
· Must be well versed in coordinating with signing vendors to resolve the defects identified
· Must be well versed with providing resolution to lender on funding conditions
· Must be well versed with RREAL and ILAPD
· Ability to process the assigned task as per SOP and training manuals
· Ability to process the assigned task within defined turnaround time
· Must have knowledge about various functions of a title company
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders & vendors
· Must understand and follow the federal and process guidelines
· Adhere to clean desk, clean screen, and secure workstation practices in remote environment

Responsibilities for Risk and Data Security:

· Strictly follow Security Awareness Policy set by organization
· Must not download any information from any unreliable website. Employees are not permitted to access
any other website. Use the internet for office purpose only
· Must Log Off or Lock away the computer when not in use. Shut down the computer properly along with
the power supply at the end of work day/night
· Must not send unwanted emails to colleagues or client
· He/she is accountable for IT assets and data of the company
· Must not discuss organization/Project related matters outside the office premise and/or in public places
· Must not share official Email address to any 3rd party unless approved by the head of department

· Should not access areas that are designated as restricted, unless authorized to do so
· Immediately report system incidents, if any, to the IT department
· Must not connect any external storage devices like a Pen drive, Floppy, CD, DVD etc. to any computer
· Must ensure usage of information systems is as per job responsibility
· Must not open E-mail attachments which are received from un-recognized source
· Must not copy, collect, propagate any of the organization data, software, documents to any outside
network
· Must maintain Clean desk policy. Do not leave any confidential information lying around
workstation/desk un-attended
· Do not use Public Wi-Fi

Responsibilities towards the Client
· Preserve client’s confidentiality at all cost
· Prioritize client's queries and concerns
· Should analyze and understand the client's inquiry and effectively responding within stipulated time
frame
· Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications (email or verbal)
· Ensure turn times and Quality is delivered to client as per agreed set standard
· Communicate with the client on a regular basis. Build and maintain a strong and effective relationship
while generating trust over a period of time

Requirements:

· Must be a graduate in any stream
· Must have minimum 3 year of experience working with Qualia and SoftPro title applications
· Strong understanding of title documents & lender documents and the overall post-closing QC process
· Good with using computer, internet and MS Office
· Must be fluent in written & spoken English
· Should possess excellent logical and analytical skills
· Must be open and flexible with rotational night shift (8 Am to 9 Pm EST) and week offs
· Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM
