SEO Specialist

Job Description:

Position - SEO Specialist (Mid-Level & Senior Level)
Location – Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time; On-site
Responsibilities:
 Ability to supervise, set goals and train team members to better understand SEO and achieve
company goals.
 Develop and manage on-site and off-site SEO strategies to drive traffic to our online properties.
 Perform keyword specific research to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities.
 Reviewing and analyzing in-house & client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
 Define reporting metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
 Prepare plans, and set SEO goals for all search initiatives and projects
 Running PPC campaigns (Optional)
 Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
 Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
 Developing link building strategies
 Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
 Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search
engine guidelines
 Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
 Execute digital asset, content development, and technical optimization.
 Manage link building projects through social media, internal web properties, and outreach.

Key Requirements:
 A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO & Content Marketing
 Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
 Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
 Excellent verbal and written communication skill
 Ability to work within a team and independently
 Familiarization Google analytics
 Experience with website optimization tools
 Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
