Job Description – Accounts Head

• Lead end-to-end accounting and finance operations for manufacturing setup

• Finalize balance sheet, P&L, and statutory compliances independently

• Manage costing, budgeting, MIS, audits, and internal controls

• Handle greenfield project accounting (preferred) and system/process setup

• Drive financial planning aligned with company growth objectives

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure strong governance and timely reporting to management

• Demonstrate leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

• Preference for long-term stability; frequent job changes discouraged

• Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / CS or equivalent technical background
