Position: Site Manager
Location: Solapur

Responsibilities:
- Overall management of site operations for chemical manufacturing, including production, maintenance, utilities, and administration.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with statutory and company standards.
- Strong implementation and monitoring of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) systems, policies, and safety culture at site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for liaisoning with government bodies, MPCB/MPCP, pollution control boards, factory inspectorate, fire department, and other local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations and timely renewals of statutory licenses and consents.
- Coordinate and oversee all engineering departments including production, maintenance, utilities, projects, instrumentation, and electrical.
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, HAZOP, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor site performance against KPIs related to safety, productivity, quality, cost, and compliance.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support audits (internal, external, statutory) and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, safety, and compliance.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of hazardous chemical operations and chemical process safety.
- Strong EHS and statutory compliance knowledge.
- Experience in liaisoning with MPCP/MPCB and local authorities.
- Sound understanding of all engineering functions in a chemical manufacturing setup.
- Leadership, coordination, and strong communication skills.
