| Skills required | Ability to analyse Balance Sheets in depth Sound understanding of Accounting Standards (IGAAP) and working knowledge of Ind-AS Basic understanding on Methods of manner of Valuation of Financial Instruments (Shares and Securities) Broad understanding on Companies Act, 2013 - especially sections around issue of shares and corporate governance Basic understanding on SEBI Regulations Ability to understand various businesses having an inquisitive mind Ability and willingness to carry out need based research on various industries Team Player, Good interpersonal skills, Control over language and good soft skills, One who prioritises learning and work. |

| Primary Responsibilities | Capital Market Services of Vivro Include: Be a team player in transactions such as IPOs, Rights issues, Debt Issues, Delisting of Shares, Takeover code compliances, Valuation of Shares, Valuation of Business and other such capital market transactions. Work profile shall include detailed financial, accounting and business due diligence. Acitvely involved in execution of assignments relating to Capital Market deals, research and internal team functions. Assistance in the Business Development within the Capital Market Services Team (Preparations of presentations or carry out research as instructed). Project execution may involve preparation of financial models, structuring financial products, preparing information memorandums/prospectus/letter of offer, interacting with client, representing matters before regulators, investors and lenders and other such matters to assist the client as per the terms of the mandate / engagement letter. |
