Job Description:
  • Designation: Electrical Engineer
  • Location: Dahej, Gujarat
  • Qualification: B.E Elecctrical
  • Working days: Mon to Sat (Sun fixed off)
  • Working time: (9-hour shift) 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
  • Experience: 8+ Year
  • Salary: Best in industry, based on current/last drawn salary

Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solution

Technical Key Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Electrical site execution for Industrial Buildings (Preferred pharma)
  • Able to Study & understand the Substation, LT/HT Electrical, LV technical drawings with specification.
  • Knowledge of onsite quality checks, check list
  • Competent to use Electrical Measuring equipments.
  • Capable to check the RA Bills as per IS code and mode of
  • Able to Handle Multiple Activity, able to handle multiple
  • communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers

  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in heavy Industrial construction (No residential Works)

Key Deliverable of the role

  • Managing all Construction Project of Respective Project Site
  • Overseeing Electrical and LV execution Works
  • Undertaking Surveys and Setting out site works
  • checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
  • supervising contracted staff
  • ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
  • providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
  • liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
  • ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
  • Contractor Monthly Bill
  • Maintaining site document’s & joint measurement
  • Preparing daily progress report and submitting to
  • Stakeholder
  • Follow up with multiple contractors for the completion of
  • Site surveying, setting out, cost estimation & Quality checking of Electrical and LV
  • Complete site execution and supervision for HT/LT Electrical Work and LV Works.
  • Work Experience in Industrial/Pharma Electrical and LV work execution –8-15 Years
  • Engineer to Present at Site 7 days Week and if required to stay for extended hours for completion of
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may
  • act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
  • Monthly & Final Bill Checking & Verification. Making Project
  • check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
  • ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
  • oversee the selection and requisition of materials
  • agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
  • manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
  • liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations/electrical Installation works and by-laws
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
  • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
