Job Description:
Position:- Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location:- Gurugram, Haryana
Fulltime, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential locations like malls, airports, gyms, hospitals, colleges, corporate parks, and premium residential areas.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, leasing teams, and facility managers.
- Negotiate rental/placement terms and close profitable site acquisition deals.
- Coordinate with Operations & Marketing teams for smooth installation and launch.
- Track performance of installed machines and share improvement ideas.
- Prepare reports and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements:-
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Location Acquisition / Retail Expansion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable travelling within the city.
- Proactive, confident, and target-driven personality
- Experience in FMCG, F&B Sales, POS Machines, Retail Kiosks, Mall Leasing, Corporate Tie-ups is a strong advantage.
