Job Description – Travel Process Role
Basic Function
The primary responsibility for this role is to effectively manage customer travel requirements, including:
- Air ticket booking, cancellation, and modifications
- Good Experience and Knowledege in Fully refund, Partially Refund, Penality check, fair uploading, BSP Refund.
- Hotel and car rental arrangements
- Limo and ferry services
- Handling customer requests via email and phone
- Ensuring high-quality customer service delivery
Eligibility Criteria
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry
-
Graduation is mandatory
-
Employment gap should not exceed 6 months
-
B1–B5 or above in CEF Assessment (if applicable)

Flexible for rotational shifts
Skills & Requirements:
- UG freshers with a Travel diploma or UG with a minimum of 9 months of work experience

Strong knowledge of fares and travel domain
-
Hands-on experience with GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Knowledge of airline ticketing, booking, and GDS systems
- Understanding of travel geography

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
