Job Description:

1. Roles & Responsibilities
2. Improvement in existing effluent treatment plants (ETP/STP) and independently should be able to identify and execute the projects aligned with the organization’s process.
3. Should have logical and analytical thinking capability for identifying the root cause of the challenges.
4. Interpretation of laboratory data and preparation of sound technical reports and presentation.
5. To be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with the stakeholders such as Operations and projects team for the implementation of relevant projects.
6. Development of Team competency and mentoring.
7. Execution of assigned projects independently.

Specific Skills

1. To identify areas of improvement and implement measures for reduction of environmental footprint.
2. Sound knowledge of environmental engineering, ESG and sustainability related aspects and statutory requirements in the field of environment is a must.
3. Process design of ETP/STP & its trouble shooting, should be able to introduce state-of-the-art technologies/processes while designing the scheme.
4. Identify the latest commercial technologies available in the area of environmental improvement and interaction with the vendors for evaluation at lab as well as at site.
5. Knowledge of primary and tertiary waste treatment and its improvement.
6. Support operation team for improvement, troubleshooting & flawless operation of existing Green Cell Technologies.
7. Coordination with cross-functional groups, relevant technology suppliers for preparing effluent treatment
