Job Description:

1. Outbound Calls:
o Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
o Follow up on leads generated by marketing teams.
o Convince customers to purchase products, book appointments, or subscribe to
services.
2. Inbound Calls:
o Handle incoming calls from customers.
o Provide information about products, services, or order status.
o Address customer queries, complaints, or requests.
3. Customer Relationship:
o Maintain good rapport with customers.
o Record feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
4. Data Management:
o Update customer databases (CRM systems).
o Maintain call logs, details of inquiries, and outcomes.
5. Target Achievement:
o Meet daily/weekly/monthly call or sales targets.
o Assist in achieving overall business objectives.
