📍 Location: Accra, Ghana (40%) | Mine Sites Across Ghana (60% travel)
🔧 Key Requirements
✔ Advanced knowledge of Atlas Copco oil-free air compressors (Size 2+)
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✔ Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experience in installation, maintenance & repair
✔ Strong leadership, operations & multi-site management experience
📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead national operations across multiple sites and mining locations

Manage installation, maintenance, service contracts & customer escalations

Train and develop service engineers and technicians

Drive business development, market expansion & key account management

Oversee planning, budgeting & cost control
