Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data / MIS Executive to support our team with data management, reporting, and analysis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong skills in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets

Use VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas for data analysis

Organize, clean, and validate large datasets

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Assist in data tracking and performance analysis

Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Proficiency in Google Sheets

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic understanding of data handling and reporting

Eligibility:

Freshers / Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Basic knowledge of charts and dashboards

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt
