A Production Supervisor (Compounding) oversees the mixing and preparation of materials (like chemicals, plastics, or pharmaceuticals) to meet production schedules, ensuring quality, safety (GMP/EHS), and efficiency by managing staff, equipment, inventory, and troubleshooting issues
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate compounding technicians; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Production & Scheduling: Plan daily runs, ensure material availability, meet targets, and adjust processes for volume/quality.
