Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

  • Manage accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (client billing, collections).

  • Ensure timely TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings.

  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.

  • Monitor IT project cost accounting and revenue recognition as per accounting standards.

  • Assist management with financial analysis for business decisions and IT project investments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • More than 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in an IT or service-based company.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity
