US Property Management Accountant (Yardi)

Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a US Property Management Accountant with strong hands-on experience in property management operations and Yardi software. The role involves supporting US property portfolios, managing day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day US property management operations, including tenant records, leases, and owner communications.
• Handle lease administration, rent rolls, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant billing.
• Maintain and update property data, financials, and reports in Yardi.
• Process invoices, CAM charges, rent postings, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and property-level reporting.
• Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and property owners as required.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Property Management.
• Strong working knowledge of Yardi (mandatory).
• Good understanding of leasing, rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and property operations.
• Experience working with US clients or portfolios is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties/tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience with other property management tools is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
