Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive with strong IT and analytical skills to support production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per demand forecasts.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of plans.

Monitor production schedules, material availability, and capacity utilization.

Maintain and update production data using ERP systems and MS Excel.

Track work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during planning and execution.

Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare MIS reports related to production planning, deviations, and performance metrics.

Support audits and inspections by providing required planning and production data.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).

1–2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production tracking tools.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Basic IT knowledge for data management and reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in formulation/production planning in a regulated pharma setup.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
