Primary Role
▪ The QC Chemist conducts chemical analyses of raw materials and products, ensures compliance with
SOPs and QMS, and accurately documents results. They test water quality, prepare standard solutions,
calibrate instruments, and communicate any quality deviations, maintaining traceability to ensure high
product quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Timely Completion of analysis of raw material, wip and finish products in terms of both Olfactively as
well as analytically.
• Analysis of Effluent water, Boiler Feed Water, Raw water
• Responsible for preparation of Std volumetric solutions and maintain proper record for the same
• Proper Documentation of all analysis as per the Standard Operating procedure and according to QMS
• Daily calibration of all the Sophisticated Q.C instruments.
• Responsible for Preparation of dispatch labels of finish goods as well as all the approved/Rejection
labels of Raw materials
• Preparation of Certificate of Analysis as per the Analysis result.
• Responsible for maintaining traceability of RM, WIP and Finish goods.
• Preparation of Raw Material and Final Products inspection Report
• Communicating any quality deviation at any stage of analysis to QC Executive

Key Skills
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemistry.
• Expertise in timely analysis of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products using
olfactory and analytical methods
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Skilled in olfactive evaluation techniques for sensory analysis.
• In-depth understanding of various test methods and their applications.
