Job Description:

Position:          R & D Officer 

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:     1 -2 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Support research and development activities for specialty chemicals and intermediates.
• Perform laboratory-scale experiments, synthesis, and trials as per R&D protocols.
• Assist in process development, optimization, and scale-up support.
• Maintain proper documentation, batch records, and experimental data as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS guidelines, and internal SOPs.
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and senior R&D team for trials and validations.

Required Skills

• Basic documentation of quality control activities.
• Basic knowledge of chemical synthesis and laboratory practices
• Understanding of safety, EHS, and quality requirements
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Analytical and troubleshooting ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Teamwork and communication skills

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc -Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
